Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
We offer domestic and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.
Tasks will be carried out within the booked time.
2. Bookings & Access
Clients must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Missed appointments or no access may be charged in full.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed in advance. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
5. Supplies & Equipment
We provide cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must inform us of any allergies or special requirements.
6. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is unsafe or poses a risk to our staff.
7. Damage & Liability
We take care while cleaning, but any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients should secure valuables and provide clear instructions for any specific requirements.
9. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all services.
